The most useful message you can send. Include the tool name, exactly what you put in, what it returned, and what you expected instead — a wrong output with a reproducible input gets fixed quickly.

Before you write about a tool

Two things worth knowing, because they answer most incoming mail:

  • We cannot recover your data. Tools run entirely in your browser and nothing is stored on any server, so if you closed a tab before copying a result, there is genuinely no copy for anyone to retrieve. See how the site works.
  • We never ask for credentials. No one from ZeroServer.tools will email you asking for a password, API key, private key or payment detail. If you receive such a message, it did not come from us.

Email you send is used only to reply to you. It is not added to a mailing list and is not shared. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled across the site.
