About Text to NATO Alphabet
The NATO phonetic alphabet (officially the International Radiotelephony Spelling Alphabet) was developed to improve clarity during voice communications over radio or phone. Each letter is replaced by a specific word — Alpha for A, Bravo for B, Charlie for C — chosen for their distinctiveness across languages and radio noise. It is used by aviation, military, police, and emergency services worldwide. Numbers also have standard phonetic names: Zero, One, Two, etc.
