About the Dew Point Calculator
The dew point is the temperature at which air becomes saturated with moisture and condensation forms. This calculator uses the Magnus formula with constants a = 17.625 and b = 243.04, which is accurate within 0.1°C for temperatures between −40°C and 60°C. A dew point spread (temperature minus dew point) below 2–3°C indicates fog or mist formation is likely. Relative humidity of 100% means the dew point equals the air temperature.
